As a vegan, it's difficult to find products that align with my moral values. It's also difficult to get adequate amounts of Omega3's from food sources, since supposedly the body can only convert about 20% of ALA consumed to the useful EPA and DHA. So, it's important for me to have a supplemental form. Not only is a vegan Omega3 supplement hard to find, it can also be expensive. This product is very affordable and accessible. It has no aftertaste (many people have claimed other products have horrible tastes). Although the FDA does not approve these claims, omega3's are vital for nervous system function, cardiovascular health, inflammation reduction, healthy sleep cycles, and healthy skin and tissues. I can definitely tell a difference in my skin since I started taking supplemental forms. I would buy this product again.
