I purchased the gloves to wear as a package handler at FedEx. Although the didn't last as long as I hoped (4 months), I really liked them. They are lightweight and really well ventilated and very comfortable to wear. My hands stayed cool and were well protected.

You loose a bit of dexterity but by being able to buy in exact sizes they fit well so not a lot.
They don't keep your hands 100% clean but make your hands much more presentable.
The only down side is the white only for these vented model, but a bit of use an abuse cures that.
